quick question, how do you decide on if an action is succesful or not?

at the end of a post the player would put three numbers in between 1-6 in parentheses like this for example: Jacob flew up to the keeper, faked to throw the Quaffle left and then threw it right. (1,4,6) then the referee (me) would roll a dice and if I rolled a 6 then the action would be succesful. If I rolled a 3 then it wouldn't be cuz it wasn't one of the numbers put up.

so between each turn the referee has to roll a dice?

the only exceptions are if an opposing Chaser swooped in to try and intercept the throw then they could do that. but it would have to be done before the referee (me) rolled the dice. Another example is if the keeper tried to go out and manually block the shot. however, both of these examples would have to be followed by three numbers in parentheses 1-6 that could not be followed by anything except a Beater hitting a Bludger towards the opposing player.

So how do we know whether you are making up a result or not?

I see your point. You're worried that I might help one team because I like them more than the other. Well, you shouldn't worry about that because I am like you (I hate cheaters) and what purpose would cheating serve me? all that would accomplish is a couple members angry at me and not coming back to the site. so I would never cheat and you'd just have to take my word for it. For those of you who know me already, you know that I am not the kind of person who would cheat.

hmm...okay I guess that works. But you said earlier that you would participate in the Quidditch matches too. So who's going to ref those games?

I would have JackCarver be the referee for those matches. If he's not available then I would ref the game myself and ref it fairly just as I would a normal match.

yeah of course I would. I've already gone over the rules of being a ref with you. Unless you don't think you would be able to handle it. Cuz it's totally acceptable if you don't want to have that responsibility or you're too busy or whatever.

yes you may shoot MG. Once someone is at position 3, they may shoot. Please post again saying MG shoots Quaffle along with (#,#,#) after that, all players are active, including Sharrakor.
