Question...once the "round" of turns is over, can the second team post first? Like...can I post an action right now? Otherwise, it's kinda lame to have to wait for the other house to do something.

As co-referee, I believe I have the power to do this...but JC or DS can override it if necessary. But I'm going to say yes to your question. It will make gameplay much more smooth.
