Their reward is a chance to trade a previously earned reward for a new reward that will not be revealed. And by trading, I mean giving it to the Order of the Phoenix. So if the Death Eaters decline the offer, then the Order of the Phoenix receives the reward, and Death Eaters keep the previously earned reward. And if the Death Eaters accept the offer, then the Order of the Phoenix receives the previously earned reward, and Death Eaters get the new one. I'd like to ask that the Death Eaters post their decision within twenty four hours. :)
